Met up with Jiahui for a good chat and did some revision at NTU South spine before heading home. (appreciate catching up & the belated birthday gift, thx gal!)
Realised it's my parent's wedding anniversary today...24 years and counting. May all married couples have a blissful marriage and stay true to their vows for each other. =)
What contributes to a long-lasting marriage: Communication & being understanding, Family bond (children), Holidays(optional but no harm giving each other a well-deserved break frm the fast-paced lifestyle if within means) and most importantly Love! ^HJY
There's more to marriage than what i can think of at the moment so feel free to comment.

Marriage is an invitation to die to self. Are you prepared to suffer? :)(sounds like some advertisement ;p)
Oooh...sound so serious...might not be "invitation to die to self" but "development of self to include another"...moreover to suffer with your loved one beats suffering alone right? There's support for each other at least. (wondering if making sense)
