BBQ

After at least 1 year, it's BBQ time again on Saturday...this time round, it's at Teddy Chua's place as he invited his colleagues to his house for the gathering. We went to Parkway Parade with one of his colleagues to get some more BBQ food stuff on Friday as he insisted on a particular type of bacon so we didn't want to mess things up.
There were abt 20 pple for the gathering and the ordered BBQ food came around 5pm. It started to drizzle when it was 6+pm and the colleagues started arriving. Luckily the porch is covered, so the BBQ could carry on.
Ate otahs, mini taiwanese sausages, cheesy chicken franks, sting ray, chicken wing, sotong, tiger prawns, portobello mushroom with cheese, 1 side of a almost burnt sweet corn and a piece of choc cake. They wanted to celebrate 2 colleagues birthdays in November so had the cake. I like the otah though it was quite spicy. A pity the corn was burnt...the prawns were nice too...
After dinner, his friend taught us how to play this number game called Rummikub. It was my first time playing but I won 3 games in a row. Think the game is luck and making you think about combinations...some commented a little similar to Mahjong...haha. The group playing the real mahjong game took quite a long time and everyone left only around 2am...long night but it was fun.
